Just finished reading the book How to Castrate a Bull by Dave Hitz.
Getting the spoiler done straightaway - there is a section on bull castration. However the book is really more about founding a Silicon Valley business that most people haven't heard of - Netapp.
It's actually a great ready and very technology light. This is more a life story with business advice than a technology book. The book is now a few years old but it deals with the dotcom boom of the year 2000 and how companies handled the dramatic changes of that time.
Usually business biographies are not my thing but this read is useful if you want to understand a little about risk and opportunity in the IT world.
